President of Transmission Plus. Inc.  Tommy has been involved with Transmission Plus as a partner for 8 years and now in the fourth year of sole ownership.  He has a business and accounting background that lasted over 30 years before coming to Transmission Plus.  The company Moto is "Great customer service at a fair price".  He understands we are selling ourselves as much as we are selling our services, so we do what we say we're going to do and we will stand behind it.

Ryan has been with us for over two years and is our Parts Sales team leader.  He is knowledgeable of part sales and the full operation of the Salvage Yard.  He has great personal communication skills and is a true leader in our company.  Ryan is in charge of our sales team, inventory management, as well as purchasing our junk cars.

Jonathan has been with us for over 14 years and is our Yard Manager.  He drives our John Deere tractor, does our weekly crush run and supervises our parts puller.  He is a certified welder and specializes in all aspects of our salvage yard.  He is responsible for final review of all parts before they are entered into inventory.
